ASSESSMENT

Al Akhyar Group is under obligation to critically evaluate how feasible the project is pertaining to project timeline, project fees as well as the overall terms & conditions.

PROJECT EXCECUTAION

Al Akhyar Group initiates the execution process contingent upon the terms & conditions in accordance with the Client needs & preferences.

PROJECT COMPLETION

Al Akhyar Group will undertake to handover the project in a timely manner based on the agreed timeline with the emphasis on quality.

FOLLOW UP

Upon completion of project, Al Akhyar Group will undertake to follow up with the client for one year during which Al Akhyar will take full responsibility for any technical damage or harm associated with the property itself.
